VENISON  WILD  RICE  HOT  DISH

Ingredients:   1 lb. Venison-cubed;  5 dried ramps. Cut the bulbs off and use whole crush the leaves;  1  Cup  sliced celery;  4  Carrots - sliced;  1  Large Onion -chopped;  1  Clove - diced;  1 Tbs. poultry seasoning;  1  Cup  Wild Rice;  1 Cup  Sour Cream

DIRECTIONS:
Brown venison in fry pan. Place venison and all ingredients (except sour cream) in a Dutch Oven. Cover with Water. Bake in oven at 300 for 2 hours. Check periodically to make mixture has enough water. Water level will decrease as the rice absorb the water, but in must not dry out and scald on pan. Half an hour before the hot dish is done, stir in the sour cream.
