RECIPES FROM THE WWF "KITCHEN NEWS" OF APRIL 2018

CAMPER'S   STEW

Ingredients:

1 lb.  Hamburger
3       Carrots
1       Medium Onion  Diced
2       Stalks  Celery  Sliced
1       Can  Beef Broth
1       Can Tomato Soup
1 Cup  Rice
Water to Cover
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Place hamburger in Dutch Oven and brown. Add rest of ingredients, and hang over fire. Bring to simmer and cook until vegetables are tender. 


FILLETS  WITH  SOUR   CREAM

Ingredients:

1 1/2  lbs.     Fish Fillets
3/4 Cup        Sour Cream
2 T                Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp          Tarragon
1 T                Dry Bread Crumbs
1 T                Butter
1 tsp             Paprika
1/4 tsp          Salt
Lemon Wedges

Directions:
Heat Oven to 350* Arrange fillets on cookie sheet. Mix sour cream, Parmesan Cheese, paprika, tarragon and salt. Then spread over fillets, sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake about 15 minutes until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon.
