PLEASE READ AND SIGN UP ON THE PETITION PLEASE. ROGER Many of you are not available for me to have you sign our paper copy of the petition against the NOAA Marine Sanctuary. Would you please go to the following link and sign? We are starting to make a difference and need everyone who is against this issue to make it known. Just being against it won't work....we need physical evidence to send to the Governor and others. You do not need to be a resident of one of the counties involved, you are a citizen of Wisconsin and the Great Lakes belong to everyone in the state. Don't let the Federal government takeover part of our lake/land.
