TARGET SHOOTING WITH THE FAMILY, NEVER TO YOUNG TO START

A few weeks ago, the family decided to do some family fun, so some of us went shooting. My 10 year old grandson has been shooting in my basement with BB's and .177 pellets for a few years now. Earlier this year my son decided to let him shoot his 9mm and to our surprise, this young man can shoot it better than dad or mom at times. Just the way he handled the gun and used what he learned handling the rifles and pistols in the basement is showing us how much it has paid off. We are now looking at him getting into target shooting with a team where he lives, and he has been invited to shoot in a few matches in the state. Looks like my son will be loading more and more 9mm cases. In talking to a few manufacturers lately, it seems they are willing to allow him to try out new products to see how they work and how to make them better for women to use for target and personal use. Tjhey are looking at the fact he has a small frame and hands. Next product will be a crossbow for deer hunting this year. So please, if you have a son or daughter or grandkids, take them out to have fun shooting and remember, you are never to old to learn to shoot. In the spirit of the outdoors, have fun.
