HUNTER'S SAFETY FIELD DAY:  We will have the field day portion of Hunter's Safety from 8am - 1pm on Saturday, April 7th & 14th.  Additional help will be appreciated.  If you want information on the Hunter's Safety class, contact Don Heider at (920)559-6481.

-Welcome Sarah Fischer and Jim Schleis to director positions.

-The topic of a gun raffle for the youth team was brought up.  The options were to get a gun as we did last year, where we would send $4000 back, and it would be matched 2:1 in the endowment, or to buy a gun and keep all proceeds in house.  The membership decided on purchasing a $2000 gun and sell raffle tickets for this year to see if it is more profitable this way.

-Coaching School will be held in Berlington on January 27th & 28th, and in Wausau on March 3rd & 4th.  Contact Scott Skattebo at (920)629-0370 if you would like to attend, or would like more info.

-Gary Hanson passed out a few 2017 financial summary sheets with a recap of some of the major income and expense items.  If you didn't get a chance to review this and would like to, please see Gary Hanson.

-The gate will be left open for winter to allow access to the snow plow.

-We have some of our old trap machines taking up space in the garage.  There is a Western Hand Sets and 2 Western Skeet Machines.  They may need a few parts, but if you want to make an offer, we would like to get rid of them.  They are sold as is.

Remember you can rent the clubhouse for private parties.  The cost is $100, but if you clean up the clubhouse afterwards, then $50 will be refunded.  See the bar director Jim Schleis to make reservations.

The next meeting will be on Tuesday, February 6th at 7:00pm at the clubhouse.
