DAY 11 FOR THE STURGEON SPEARING SEASON.

Attention Winnebago System Sturgeon Spearing Enthusiasts:

Today’s harvest included 20 fish from Lake Winnebago bringing the season total to 515 fish.  Calumet Harbor paced the way with 9 fish registered today, followed by Stockbridge (4), Wendt’s (4), and Payne’s Point (3).  The largest fish of the day was registered at Payne’s Point by John Epprecht of Oshkosh.  Jon’s fish was a healthy 69.7” and weighed 119.1 pounds.

Today’s Vignette:  What are the sturgeon eating this year?

We are committed to service excellence.
