APRIL 22, 2018, EARTH DAY. OUTDOOR NEWS

Sport Fishing for walleyes on the Fox River was in full steam as the river was full of boaters and fishermen all day long. Lucky the county or city had the boat ramps and parking lots cleaned up and you should of seen all the boats. Fishermen reported some good size fish and the numbers of fishermen catching them was slow and low. There was a good number of fishermen in the Fremont area of the Wolf and they were catching a mixed bag of fish. Locally in the Mishicot and Shoto areas, the East  Twin and  West  Twin Rivers have been producing some good catches of steel-heads and suckers. Please be careful when headings down the bank sides as the snow we got last weekend has made the banks a muddy mess. Remember to check with your local bait shops before heading out to find out the latest fishing information, and once Memorial Day comes, Capt. Bruce will be back on the air with the CUB Radio Sport Fishing Reports. He will be reporting until Labor Day weekend and will be at all the derbies in the county. Tune into 980 AM CUB Radio ever day for the latest in News, Sports and Farm information.
