FRIENDS OF THE BRANCH RIVER WATERSHED

June 10 Family Day @ 10 – 2 pm Dodge Preserve (11006 Reifs Mills Rd Whitelaw 54247)
Dan Fager will join us for a campfire cooking demo at 12:00! He’s a retired teacher, army reserve officer, and beekeeper who’s joining us for a second time at Dodge Preserve! Besides whipping up some great dishes, we will also have s’mores for everyone! Other activities: examining water critters, hike the marked trails with a naturalist and more! Activities start at the cabin with a wagon ride down from the road! The easiest way to get to the Preserve is taking Highway T North (just East of Whitelaw) about ½ mile, turn Left on San Road, then take next Right onto Preston Road. Travel on this until you see Dodge Preserve sign on the Right just before a large curve. Bring sandals or rainboots to get wet in the river! FREE and OPEN TO PUBLIC… donations are APPRECIATED!!! PLEASE RSVP to Emily Endter (left column) or on Friends of Branch River on Facebook.

Thank you to Waste Management, West Foundation, LNRP, Valders Journal, Herald Times Reporter, Lakeshore Chronicle, Reedsville Newsletter, and many others for sponsoring and helping us publicize our Event!
