PICKLED EGGS recipe from the WWF NEWSLETTER OF NOVEMBER 2017

INGREDIENTS:

12    PEELED HARD-BOILED EGGS
 4     CUPS   OF VINEGAR
 1 tsp   SALT
 2      MEDIUM ONIONS  -  CHOPPED
1/3  CUP     SUGAR
 1 TBS    PICKLING SPICES

DIRECTIONS:

PLACE PEELED EGGS INTO A STERILIZED JAR. IN A SAUCEPAN, MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND BRING TO A BOIL. LET MIXTURE BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES AND POUR INTO JAR. LEAVE STANDING ON THE COUNTER AND PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR.

NOTE:  DO NOT EAT EGGS THE NIGHT BEFORE GOING INTO THE WOODS AND WASH THEM DOWN WITH BEER. YOU WILL NEVER SEE ANY DEER DOING IT THAT WAY.
