Roger's Outdoor Notes

FISHING NEWS:   Lake Winnebago gave up 98 sturgeon today with 66 coming from Winnebago and 32 from the upriver lakes. Today’s harvest included the largest fish of the season to date, both in length and weight. It was a 154.9 pound (83.4”) female. The DNR crew has been busy analyzing gut contents of ~80 fish harvested over the weekend. Once the results come in I’ll report them as written. Remember as the weather warms up this week, please be careful when going back onto the ice please.
