SPORT FISHING SOUTH OF MANITOWOC

Dumper Dan fishing report

As the Lake Michigan water temperatures warm up, we start to head offshore in search of trout and salmon. The baitfish are now here in full force, which brought some big fish in with them off the Port of Sheboygan. Good numbers of nice size Lake Trout and some King Salmon can be found south of town in 60 to 90 feet of water only two to three miles out while fishing the bottom half of the water column. Look for a wide variety of suspended trout and salmon as water temperatures increase. Good luck fishing the big lake!
