YouTube terminated
the account of Iowa gun seller Brownells without warning over the weekend,
but quickly restored the video channel after receiving pressure from gun
supporters. Brownells, which calls itself the "world's largest supplier
of firearms accessories and gunsmithing tools," tweeted about YouTube's
action on Saturday, saying it received no notice or warning.

As the fully
computerized background-check system came into existence, the five-day wait
was no longer a requirement. But in a compromise, Congress agreed to the
72-hour rule in what lawmakers viewed as a balance between a purchaser’s
rights and the public-safety need for a complete background check.

YouTube suddenly

Several gun-related
businesses were suddenly — and without warning — disrupted in recent weeks
when Intuit stopped processing credit card payments because sales were
gun-related, The Post has learned.

Thursday’s vote
follows approval of the bill in the Massachusetts House, helping pave its way
to Republican Gov. Charlie Baker’s desk.

On June 13th, the
Community Affairs Committee of the City-County Council of Marion County and
Indianapolis will be hearing Proposal No. 112, 2018 in order to urge the
Indiana General Assembly to support a ban on most commonly-owned
semi-automatic firearms and standard capacity ammunition magazines.
