Today, the
Pennsylvania General Assembly adjourned from its 2018 Legislative Session.

For 20 years now, a
well-meaning law professor has been peddling the fiction that the Second
Amendment – guaranteeing the right of Americans to keep and bear arms – was
adopted to protect slavery. He first proposed this in a 1998 law review
