RECIPES FROM THE "WWF-- KITCHEN NEWS"

CREAMY BASS

Ingredients

3 to 4 lbs  Bass
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 cup diced ham
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon of sherry
dash paprika

Directions

Steam fish in apn for 10 minutes. When fish flakes easily, remove and break into small pieces and set aside. Pour out water from pan and add mushroom soup and milk. Heat slowly.


OVEN BAKED ASPARAGUS

Ingredients

1 lb.  fresh asparagus
2 tablespoons butter
salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Place asparagus on large aluminum foil or in a cast iron skillet. Dot with butter. Seal Foil or place lid on cast iron skillet. If using cast iron add 1/8 cup of water to pan. Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes until asparagus in tender-crisp.
